As their name suggests, Tobago Weddings is a specialist wedding planner that will arrange everything you need for the perfect wedding day in Tobago. But what may not be immediately apparent from their name is that they will also take all the strain and worry out of the occasion for you, leaving you to enjoy a carefree day. Tobago Weddings will arrange everything from start to finish, working with you to create a ceremony that fulfills all your expectations. And in the perfect setting too, though that is not hard in a place as spectacular as Tobago. The island has some of the loveliest Caribbean wedding locations.
Run by Marie Dilworth, Tobago Weddings offer a complete wedding service and they are known around the island for their reliability. A local organiser is your link into the best that an island offers, and Tobago Weddings is very well connected. They know all the suppliers personally and so they can book the very best for you, from flower arrangers to photographers and from caterers to cake makers. They are also used to working with the hotels and villas, but of course they can arrange things independently if that is what you want.
Tobago Weddings are on hand from the moment that you make your decision to get married in the island until the wedding itself takes place. They will take you through the planning, making sure that your plans are achievable, and making suggestions where relevant, and then they will put the whole thing into action for you, booking the venue and the officiant and guiding you through the legal requirements. You can expect them to be right there in the run-up to the wedding itself, co-ordinating all the arrangements – rehearsal dinners, the main ceremony, the reception afterwards and all the logistical requirements around them, such as your ‘going away’. Tobago Weddings can also arrange accommodation for you and your guests. And all for a relatively good price. Tobago is less expensive by comparison with other islands in the area.
And then finally there is the location. Tobago is a magically fertile island and it is not overdeveloped, so there are some wonderful places in which to tie the knot. Tobago Weddings can make recommendations for you. They will even drive you around the island to help you select one. Over the years they have arranged weddings on remote beaches, in the forest and in natural settings next to waterfalls. Or you can want to choose the gardens of a villa or hotel, or even a yacht.
With something as important as a wedding you will certainly want the best on-the-ground assistance, but you will also want to enjoy the day. Tobago Weddings can take all the worry off your hands and so instead of fretting you can simply set you mind at rest and let them do it all for you. |
