Cap Maison is a top-notch hotel development under construction in the far north of St Lucia, in the Cap Estate. It is made up of 22 one, two and three bedroom apartment suites in a modern and very comfortable ‘hacienda’ style, which are for sale leasehold (with a formula of a given number of weeks of residence per year, after which the suite is handed back to the hotel as part of their rental pool). The development has proved very popular and most of the apartment suites have already sold. Construction got underway in early 2007 and the resort opens in July 2008. All units are now sold.
