Review
The Owners’ Syndicate is a London-based tour operator that has specialised in Caribbean villas since 1992. Their programme has a broad range of Caribbean villas of all sizes and prices in ten islands, ranging from simple cottages to exceptional staffed villas, estates and private islands. The region’s best hotels, inns and villa resorts are also well represented. Now part of the award-winning CV Travel group, The Owners’ Syndicate continues to be ‘the Caribbean specialist’ with a passion for the region. The enthusiastic team of consultants is happy to share their knowledge of the islands and takes pride in going the extra mile to create a good all-round Caribbean holiday experience for their clients.

Staff
Since 2004, the CV Travel Group and Owners' Syndicate has been headed up by Managing Director, Debbie Marshall. Her favourite island is Barbados, (which is where she got married).
The Caribbean team is led by Product Head, Philip Leighton, who is responsible for the day to day running of the programme. His favourite island is St Lucia, and his happiest memories there are of waking up to a rainbow over the rainforest and the majestic Pitons.
Reservations are handled by Phil and his team of consultants, each of whom has visited the villas, hotels and resorts featured in the Owners’ Syndicate programme. This ensures that they have fingertip knowledge of the properties and what is happening on the islands. They have all undergone extensive training both in the UK and overseas, and have a good deal of useful experience to share with clients.
The team includes Marianna Stekic, who is passionate about the Caribbean and has recently returned from an extended trip around the British Virgin Islands and Anguilla. In 2007, she has also spent time in Barbados, Nevis and Antigua. Marianna particularly enjoys putting together multi-centre tailormade holidays taking in a number of different destinations, especially including sailing and diving.
Carla Vieria is their Grenada specialist and she has many years' experience selling luxury villa holidays. Carla prides herself on finding the right property to match each client’s expectations, and especially enjoys organising romantic breaks and weddings.
Gemma Almond has been with the Owners’ Syndicate for over seven years, and she looks after all of the administration for each booking as well as maintaining the website. Her favourite island is Tobago.
The team is completed with Marketing Manager, Gina Lowes, whose favourite Caribbean experience is sailing around the British Virgin Islands. |

Tailor Made & Two Centre Holidays
The Caribbean is good for island hopping, whether by air or boat. The islands are much closer together than most people realise and provide a range of interesting contrasts. The ‘hub’ islands are the stepping stones to smaller islands. Antigua marries well with Nevis, Anguilla or the British Virgin Islands. Barbados links well with Grenada, St Lucia, Tobago and The Grenadines. Grenada and the islands of Mustique, Canouan, St Vincent, Palm Island and Petit St Vincent also work well together or you can visit Tobago and Grenada.
