A three night deposit is required to confirm all reservations. Cancellation notices with charges are: one night room charge if cancelling within 30 days of arrival during the winter season or if within 14 days of arrival during the summer season, whilst for Christmas/New Year the charge is three room nights if cancelling within 45 days of arrival. No-shows will incur a loss of deposit. Minimum stay: 5 nights over Thanksgiving, 14 nights over Christmas/New Year (for arrivals 22 Dec-02 Jan), 4 nights over President’s Weekend and 7 nights over Easter.
