Style: A modern and very functional villa in a mix of styles, enclosed in secluded gardens, with good inside space and a large pool terrace. A touch of formality in the furniture and decoration, layout consciously comfortable. Colour scheme of peach and orange set against olive and khaki
The Beach: Three minutes walk to Smugglers’ Cove, one of Tortola’s loveliest beaches. There are no facilities there, but there is a beach bar in Long Bay, which is also nearby
The Rooms: 5 bedrooms en suite all with separate tub (3 with Jacuzzi tub) and shower – 4 bedrooms in the main house (2 upstairs and 2 downstairs) and a self-contained cottage with sitting area and kitchen. All bedrooms have king-size beds and are air-conditioned
Key features: Sizeable Caribbean holiday rental home within walking distance to excellent BVI beach. Swimming pool (20ft x 20ft) within large tiled sun terrace. Lounge with adjacent wet bar/office area with WiFi. Formal dining room and alfresco dining on covered balcony. Fully equipped kitchen. Gas barbecue. 6 cable TVs and VCRs. DVD. 2 CD players. Collection of games, books, music and DVDs. Separate guest cottage with sitting area and kitchen.
Children: Under 15 years by special arrangement
Staff: Housekeeper service twice weekly, pool service twice weekly
