Accommodation: 6 villas
Villas: All villas have air-conditioned bedrooms with king size bed, ceiling fans, en suite bathroom with shower (all with rain head), telephone, private patio with Weber gas barbecue grill, either kitchenette or full kitchen, satellite TV, DVD/CD player, CD/clock radio and resort robes. The Treehouse is located on the hillside above reception and is a fully air-conditioned one-bedroom studio with sitting area, and dining deck. A kitchenette area is equipped with small fridge with freezer, a 2-ring stove-top gas burner, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. (Maximum occupancy 2 persons). Surfside is a one-bedroom villa with a waterfront setting. The bedroom has a four-poster bed and writing desk. An open-plan living and dining room leads out to a private seaside patio and adjoins a fully equipped stainless steel kitchen with full size fridge-freezer, gas range and a microwave/convection oven. There is also a private courtyard entrance and a covered barbecue deck. (Maximum occupancy 2 persons). Driftwood is a two bedroom, 2 bathroom, beachfront villa with a large covered wood deck with rattan seating and hammock. This is accessed by French doors from the living/dining room, which has a breakfast bar to the fully equipped (four burner gas range and fridge-freezer) kitchen. The master bedroom has a four-poster bed, writing desk, walk-in closet and French doors leading out to the private patio. The second bedroom has French doors that lead out to the beach, a choice of king bed or two twins, walk-in closet and desk. (Maximum occupancy 5 persons). Seascape a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom waterfront villa with large living room with open archways to a formal dining room and adjoining stainless steel kitchen, fully equipped with full size fridge-freezer, electric range and microwave, and leading out to two seaside patios. The living room leads out to a seaside patio. The master bedroom has sliding doors leading to a private seaside patio with hammock, has a sitting area and desk. The second bedroom is garden view, has sitting area with kitchenette equipped with mini fridge, TV and DVD player, and a choice of a king or two twin beds. (Maximum occupancy 5 persons). UPDATE June 2009 - two new villas added. A two-bedroom, Beach House and a three-bedroom Pool House with its own private swimming pool and an additional one-bedroom Poolside suite to the Pool House.

A 50% deposit of total rental fee is required to confirm all reservations with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Bookings made within 30 days of arrival require full payment on booking, which is non-refundable. Bookings cancelled with written notice 60 days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee equal to 20% of the total booking value plus any additional charges incurred by Surfsong Villa Resort relating to the booking. Cancellation in writing 60 days prior to arrival for group bookings, special events or rental of the entire resort will incur a 50% charge of the total rental value plus any additional charges incurred which relate to the reservation. There will be no refunds for any bookings cancelled within 60 days of arrival. If the resort is able to re-book your cancelled period they will credit you in full for a future reservation within the following 2 years. A credit card imprint will be taken on arrival and held against any damaged, broken or missing items, plus any unsettled long-distance phone calls. |

Special Packages
A selection of special add-ons are available in addition to the cost of your chosen accommodation. The resort can also help you create your own special package based around your specific needs, such as a Family Vacation with activities for the children, or special interests with a Caribbean Cooking Classes package which can include culinary classes using fresh fish and meat to grill ‘island style’, learning to prepare local fruits and special side dishes, and a beach barbecue with a wine tasting session.

Cocktails on arrival, a welcome basket with fruit, cheese & crackers, nuts and chocolate. A private, catered candlelit dinner with champagne. A one hour couple's massage. A snorkelling day sail with lunch. Jeep rental for 5 days (excludes taxes, licence, and insurance).
Adventure Package – US$1,100
Includes a snorkelling day sail with lunch, windsurfing in nearby Trellis Bay, a trip to Jost Van Dyke for an ATV adventure, a trip to The Baths on Virgin Gorda, and 5 days jeep rental (exluding taxes, licence and insurance).
Meal Package - US$750
Includes a welcome Cheese & Fruit plate with bottle of wine, Continental breakfast provisions placed in your villa, one fully prepared barbecue for you to grill at your villa, a privately catered candlelit dinner served to you with wine. Provisioning for snacks, bread, deli meats and cheeses (cost of groceries additional - you send us your list), a 3-course dinner at the Secret Garden Restaurant in Josiah's Bay and a 3-course dinner at Red Rock Restaurant on the water's edge in Penn's Landing Marina. Note: For return transportation for the restaurant dinners, please add $50. A Deluxe Meal Package to include 7 dinners costs US$1,250.
