Style: Colourful Caribbean meets grand Mediterranean style, with mustard walls and white key-stone corners and columns. Tiled floors throughout and comfortable mahogany and greenheart furniture. A number of small balconies provide privacy and shade giving a feel of serenity and calm throughout the villa
The Beach: Five minute walk to Mace Beach, a quiet local strip of light grey sand
The Rooms: 4 bedrooms en suite (3 with showers, 1 with tub/shower) on two levels. All air-conditioned – master bedroom with king size four-poster bed, 2 bedrooms with queen size bed and 4th bedroom with two singles
Key features: One of few Grenada rental villas close to St George’s University with swimming pool, deck chairs, gazebo and outdoor barbecue. Inside there are ceiling fans throughout, flat screen cable TV, DVD and music centre, full kitchen, dishwasher, barbecue grill, laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Children: Welcome, though probably more suitable for over 12s
Staff: Long term, well-trained and friendly housekeeper providing daily maid service, laundry and cooking, (breakfast, lunch and dinner - Mon-Fri, half day on Sat)

Rates are quoted in US$ per week, exclusive of service charge and are subject to change without notice. Nightly, pro rata rates for stays over 7 nights. Minimum rental is 7 nights, except during period 20 Dec-09 Jan when minimum rental is 14 nights.

A deposit of 25% of the total rental cost is required to confirm bookings and is non-refundable if cancelled within 16 weeks of arrival (unless a replacement booking is taken). Non refundable balance payable 35 days prior to arrival. A refundable (with no damage) villa damage deposit of US$1,000 applies to all bookings.
