Cayman Islands / Condos, Penthouses & Suites

Condominiums are in effect ‘serviced apartments or town house-style homes’ and have become one of the most popular choices for visitors to Cayman, especially for families. They offer the convenience of self-contained accommodation with all mod-cons, as well as the flexibility of meal-times which families with younger children may find restricting in an hotel.

The predominance of visitors from the USA, and the relatively high cost of living in Cayman means that the facilities and amenities provided within ‘condos’ are of a high standard, and guests should want for nothing in terms of pots and pans, TVs and DVD players, air-conditioning and laundry facilities.

Most visitors will choose their condo or suite-style accommodation based on location – and the highest concentration will naturally be found where there are the greatest choice of restaurants and facilities such as Seven Mile Beach, or at Kaibo and the East End of Grand Cayman.

Standards really are almost uniformly high in this demanding market, and like other accommodation providers the condominiums are inspected and licensed by the Department of Tourism.
