There are no large corporate establishments in Dominica and only a minimum number of hotels serving a small business market in Roseau, attracting clients from the eastern Caribbean and adjacent French islands; Fort Young on the capital's waterfront is the country's pre-eminent hotel with the largest room stock.
There are a number of other recently opened smaller boutique hotels and inns in coastal locations with one of the island's heaviest ever private investments finally coming to fruition at Rosalie Bay resort in late 2010.
