Grenada & Carriacou / Villa Rental Agents

Grenada has a relatively small stock of villas but they are surprisingly interesting, and this is one of the few islands in the Caribbean where the almost complete lack of any reliable villa management services actually matter. There are only two good villa rental agents in the sister islands - Spice Isle Villas on Grenada and Down Island Villas on Carriacou - both will make sure that clients who book through them arrive to a well-prepared property.

Villa staffing in Grenada is generally quite low key, in keeping with the wishes of most visitors, who generally do not want the presence of staff as you might find in, say Barbados. A couple of the villas have resident staff who offer day-long service, but in most cases the housekeeper will do her work and then go home, leaving you the run of the place undisturbed. All villas have a gardener who will usually also stand in as general handyman.
