Jamaica / Cottages & Apartments

In its huge range of accommodation Jamaica has a plenty of apartments and condominium complexes, particularly around the main resort towns of Montego Bay, Ocho Rios and Negril. Often they are very well priced, so if you are happy to cater for yourself then they can be among the least expensive places to stay in these towns.

The complexes vary in style and services - some may have central facilities such as a pool and a bar or even a restaurant, but others may not. Although there is likely to be a sense of community within the small resort – you will probably get to know the other guests, and they are obviously suitable for families - they tend to offer independent living at a good price.

You can generally expect daily maid service like a hotel, but in some cases it might be fewer times a week.
