Tobago / Beach Life
The southerly Caribbean island of Tobago has its heart and soul at the beach. This is a great destination if you like largely deserted beaches that are great for both couples and families. Whether it's the white coral sands of the Caribbean coast or the dark volcanic sands of the Atlantic coast, there is always a laidback vibe. But of course the beach is the focus for many island activities including turtle watches, powerboat competitions, snorkelling, diving, surfing, shell collecting, chilling out over lunch or a Carib beer in a feet-in-the-sand bar, and generally taking the time to soak up the warm Caribbean sun.
