    Hike Barbados - 

    "Guided hikes run by the Barbados National Trust (BNT): 06 May, from CONRAD HUNTE CRICKET GROUND, St Andrew, 5.30pm (moonlight hike). 13 May, from TURNERS HALL WOODS, St Andrew, 6am or 3.30pm. 20 May, from BATHSHEBA COMMUNITY CENTRE, St Joseph, 6am or 3:30pm. 27 May, from HEYWOODS BEACH, St Peter, 6am or 3.30pm. Hikes take approx. 3 hrs and start mornings at 6am when there are four groups at varying speeds from Stop n Stare (slow), Medium & Fast Medium and Fast/Grin n Bear, and afternoons at 3.30pm (changes to 5.30pm for the Moonlight Hikes) with one group at the Stop & Stare pace. Hikes are free of charge however donations to the BNT are welcome. Please see their website for full details and directions."
