    "Guided hikes run by the Barbados National Trust (BNT): 01 Jan, from COVE BAY, St Lucy, 6am or 3.30pm. 08 Jan, from GUN HILL, St George, 5.30pm (moonlight hike). 15 Jan, from CODRINGTON COLLEGE, St John, 6am or 3.30pm. 22 Jan, from HAGGATTS OLD SUGAR FACTORY YARD, St Andrew, 6am or 3.30pm. 29 Jan, from FOUL BAY, St Philip, 6am or 3.30pm. Hikes take approx. 3 hrs and start mornings at 6am when there are four groups at varying speeds from Stop n Stare (slow), Medium & Fast Medium and Fast/Grin n Bear, and afternoons at 3.30pm (changes to 5.30pm for the Moonlight Hikes) with one group at the Stop & Stare pace.
