The Carib House is offering Definitive Caribbean readers who have booked a 7 night stay at the villa along with the services of a chef, a complimentary 3 course meal for all adult villa guests that includes the delicious Caribbean Spinach & Ricotta Stuffed Chicken Breast dish as a main course. When you stay at The Carib House, this special meal will be prepared by Chef Darryn Pitman personally (subject to his availability, otherwise the dish will be prepared by your own cook/chef) and you will be able to get some insider tips about his popular dish.
The below Terms and Conditions apply:
1. This Reader Offer is exclusive to Definitive Caribbean but will be available to everyone that books to stay a minimum of 7 nights (7 nights paid) at The Carib House and who has booked a chef for the duration of their stay, whether the booking is made direct or via a travel agent or tour operator, so long as you have read it on Definitive Caribbean. The offer is available for new bookings only from 01 July 2009 onwards.
2. In order to collect the reader offer, you must apply to us by email for a Coded Voucher, which you must print out and present to the villa owners. They will be notified in advance and they will need to correspond with you in order to make the offer available at a mutually suitable day/time.
3. The Carib House signature dish is a main course, Caribbean Spinach & Ricotta Stuffed Chicken Breast with Gratin Potatoes, Asparagus and White Wine Cream Reduction from Chef Pitman, which will be offered as part of a complimentary three course meal for all adult villa guests. This does not include beverages. Ingredients (such as asparagus) may be subject to availability and a suitable alternative used.
4. This Reader Offer is open-dated so may be taken up at any time but only one voucher is available per reservation. The offer cannot be transferred, used for an alternative meal or menu, or as credit against your hotel/villa bill.
5. Signature Dishes may be subject to change without notice with regard to seasonal/market availability in which case a suitable alternative will be offered.An elegant natural haven which offers the best of al fresco living, making it ideal for guests wanting relaxed surroundings with modern comforts on tap.
