Antigua and Barbuda / Getting Around
Antigua is well worth exploring, but its attractions are fairly spread out and public transport only covers certain parts of the island. The easiest option is to hire a car, but if this doesn’t appeal, travellers need to plan their journeys using a mixture of local bus services and taxis.
Barbuda’s compact size makes it fairly easy to explore, though the best way is on a tour as there is not an abundance of vehicles to hire. Bicycles and taxis are also good ways to get about.
