The secret of Barbados’s enduring appeal is its ability to attract very different markets – the well-heeled clients that holiday at its plush West Coast hotels and the mass market customers who flock to the cheaper properties on the South Coast. Then there are the sports specialists that home in on the island’s golf and other sporting facilities.
