Cayman Islands / Getting There

Grand Cayman and its smaller sister islands Cayman Brac and Little Cayman each have their own airports, but most flights land at the Owen Roberts International Airport on Grand Cayman. From here, travellers can easily continue their journey to Little Cayman or Cayman Brac. Owen Roberts International Airport (airport code GCM) is only 10 to 15 minutes drive from the capital George Town and Seven Mile Beach. Facilities at the airport are limited. There is a small café in the departures hall, a gift shop, duty free and souvenir shops. Cayman Brac’s Gerrard Smith Airport is small, but the runway is long enough to handle 737s. Little Cayman Airport has no terminal building as such, and is a short walk from the shops at Blossom Village. It can only accommodate inter-island Twin-Otter flights.
