Dominica / International Flights

Dominica can tap into international flights to the Caribbean thanks to the network of local services that connect the island to the larger Caribbean flight hubs, such as Antigua, Barbados and Puerto Rico which are served by major airlines from North America and Europe. It can also be reached via the French islands of Martinique and Guadeloupe. One of the biggest improvements in recent years has been the installation of night landing facilities at its main Melville Hall Airport, meaning that travellers arriving from Europe, in particular, will not have to overnight enroute if their transatlantic flight is delayed.

International airlines serving Antigua include:

British Airways and Virgin Atlantic from London, Gatwick.

Mainland Europe

Condor from Frankfurt, Germany and Blue Panorama Airlines (seasonal) from Milan, Italy.

USA

US Airways from Philadelphia, American Airlines from Miami, Continental Airlines from New York (Newark), Delta Airlines from New York (JFK) and Atlanta, and Caribbean Airlines from New York (JFK).

Canada

Air Canada from Toronto and Air Transat from Montreal
