Montserrat / Getting There

Flights

There are currently no international airlines flying direct to Montserrat so the only option is to buy a ticket to the neighbouring island Antigua and continue your journey from there. Fly Montserrat fly the route between the two islands four times per day and ABM Air (Antigua-Barbuda-Montserrat Air, sister airline of SVG Air) fly it twice a day.

Passports/Visas

Proof of citizenship is required. A valid passport is recommended for all visitors, however Canadian and British citizens may present a driver's license or official ID card as proof of citizenship. Visitors from the US are reminded that from January 8th 2007, all US citizens visiting the Caribbean must be in possession of a valid US passport. An onward or return ticket is required as well as proof of funds for the duration of the stay.

Entry visas may be required of visitors from other countries and can be obtained from British Consulate offices. CARICOM citizens can travel on an official ID card, which must bear a photograph of the individual.
