About Jane Anderson Photography
Jane is best known as a travel writer, but photography is an art she’s passionate about. During all her globetrotting years she’s carried a camera alongside her notepad and pen. Jane’s images have been published in numerous titles including The Sunday Telegraph, The Independent and The Sunday Times Travel Magazine. Her family guidebooks published by Footprint Books feature her photography extensively.
My Caribbean favourites
A few of my favourite Caribbean experiences:
I like to capture images of the Caribbean that defy our expectations such as a ramshackle open window or some street art graffiti in St Barts, known as one of the chicest islands in the region.
I’m drawn to the Caribbean for its amazing light, colours, people, architecture, nature and of course the changing colours of the ocean. I love photographing the things that make the Caribbean visually fresh like graphic homemade signs advertising things like hair braiding or a little Creole cafe.
