Saba / Real Estate

By Nigel Tisdall

Saba has a small and relaxed property market with a handful of agents offering residential and land sales, plus individual owners making their own marketing initiatives. A full listing is available from the Saba Tourist Bureau in Windwardside. Interest in the island is growing since it became a Dutch municipality in October 2010, especially from Europe, but this transition has also brought in new taxation rules that potential buyers should take into account.

See below for recommendations and listings of Saba Real Estate agents.
