If you need to go food and beverage shopping in Anguilla there are a number of options available, from small supermarkets to stores selling specialty provisions.
Specialty stores
Simply Nature By Yinka, The Valley - Health food store with a variety of specialty items, wheat-free flours, sweeteners and supplements.
Tropical Treats, Stoney Ground - This ice cream and sorbet producer offers local flavors like tamarind and guava and also has ice cream trucks which travel around the island.
Gee Wees Bakery, West End - A very popular place for great bread, pastries, hot lunches and delicious local 'black cake' - a very dark, rich fruit cake.
Les Grand Vins de France, South Hill - Offers wine, champagne and spirits.
Fat Cat Gourmet To Go, The Valley, next to Lake’s supermarket - Prepared food to go , salads, curries and quiches.
Le Bon Pain, Island Harbour - Bakery and pastry shop, fresh baguettes.
Le Petit Patisserie, Koal Keel, The Old Valley - A café with pastries to go or to enjoy in the lovely setting of the old Koal Keel building.
Fresh Fish
If you want to buy fresh fish as it comes in, then you can go to Anguilla Fishery in George Hill, where the catch generally arrives in the late afternoon.
Supermarkets
Supplies generally come in on Wednesdays, making Thursday the best day for grocery shopping. In addition to these there are also several small Chinese and locally owned supermarkets that offer basics (mainly dried, canned and non-perishable goods) scattered throughout the island. Best Buy and Proctors now offer a varying selection of cooked foods like rotisserie chickens, sandwiches and roti some days.
Ashley's Supermarket, The Valley and Blowing Point - Open till 8 nightly, Sunday mornings till 11am.
Albert Lake, The Valley - Open till 8.30, Saturday till 9pm, Closed Sunday.
Best Buy, Rainbow Isle Shopping Centre - Best for the East End, open every day with the exception of Christmas Day.
Foods Ninety Five, West End - Open till 9 pm weeknights and Saturdays, Sundays 8am-3pm.
People’s Market, The Valley - The streetside fruit and veg market, there most days Sat am not Sunday, plus food stalls opposite.

Carnivals & Festivals | Barbados
Food demo by award winning chef Paul Wedgwood of Wedgwood The Restaurant in Edinburgh. The cookery demo takes place at 11.30am at Relish Epicurea in The Limegrove Lifestyle Centre in Holetown and is followed by lunch and drinks for US$50/Bds$100.
