There is one excellent purpose-built spa on Anguilla, which is at Cuisinart.  Cap Juluca also offers holistic activities such a yoga and massage.

At the moment, there are a limited number of complementary health practitioners, but they do come and go. The best bets for information and classes are the larger hotels such as Viceroy, CuisinArt and Cap Jaluca. Viceroy allows outside guests to come to classes, see Yoga/Holistic Activities.

Mostly, the independent practitioners and therapists on island will come to your villa or your hotel room.

Venus Spa, Cuisinart - offers a number of dry rooms, for seven varieties of massage and other body treatments including wraps and facials, and a wet room for hydrotherapy treatments. Also fitness, with yoga, pilates and personal programmes.

Cardigan Conner, t 235 6217 - a former fast bowler (now there’s a strong pair of hands for you) turned masseur and personal trainer – shiatsu, sports, Swedish and deep tissue massage and some reflexology.
