Saba / Special Interests / Corporate & Incentives
With just a few small hotels, unexceptional restaurants and outdoor activities that are mainly limited to hiking and diving, Saba is not a major player in the corporate and incentive market. However there are good facilities on nearby St Martin/St Maarten, and event planners looking for something a bit different should consider the island for a day trip or short visit. Climbing Mount Scenery is a fine team-building adventure, and the chance to see Saba's world class underwater scenery (there is also good snorkelling for non-divers) would be a fine reward for employees.
Following Saba's decision to become a Dutch municipality on 10 October 2010, the island has been receiving an influx of business travellers involved with this transition. Should you need to hold a meeting, Queen's Garden Resort has a conference room that can accommodate up to 30 people.
