Conference facilities are available in a number of St Lucia’s hotels. Large venues are available, but there are also some good smaller venues which offer a more intimate, personal service or a retreat with a difference.

St Lucia Representative Services Ltd -  A well-connected local organiser which handles conference and incentive groups. They can arrange themed events with a company message, including walking and driving rainforest adventures, plantation house visits, day and sunset sails, whale-watching trips, and barbecues on the beach.

Conference Venues

Hotels and resorts in St Lucia with meeting facilities include:

Sandals Resorts - All three of Sandals St Lucia properties – Sandals Grande St Lucian, Sandals La Toc and Sandals Halcyon – have meetings facilities, though the Grande St Lucian has the most extensive offering with a 4,800 sq ft ballroom that can seat 500 theatre-style. It also has a 2,000 sq ft lounge, a boardroom taking 30 and two other venues.

St Lucian by rex resorts, Rodney Bay - This hotel promotes itself for presentations, conferences, seminars and outdoor events as it has a large conference room, a meeting room and a variety of outdoor seating areas.

Royal by Rex Resorts, Rodney Bay - The all-suite hotel has a large conference room that can take up to 170 people and a smaller one with capacity for 25.

Almond Morgan Bay, Gros Islet - The all-inclusive resort has an 800 sq ft room that can take 70 people theatre-style.

Coco Palm, Rodney Bay Village - The hotel has three main conference rooms, the largest of which can accommodate up to 90 people and is equipped with an LCD projector and screen, flip chart, podium, DVD/TV and it has WiFi. The other two rooms can take 25 or 30 people.

Bay Gardens Hotel, Rodney Bay - The property has three conference rooms totalling more than 2,000 sq ft and the largest of the trio can accommodate up to 160 people theatre-style. The two smaller rooms can hold up to 60 people.

Bay Gardens Beach Resort, Reduit Beach - The property has its own Trios Conference Centre, of 1,166 sq ft, which can accommodate up to 100 people theatre-style.
