Tobago is relatively remote, but can cater well for small, less formal meetings, and in addition to meeting space there are plenty of excellent possibilities for outdoor pursuits. With regard to incentive group travel, Tobago can appeal to those looking for a more active content to their daily activities. Group activities to consider are scuba diving, snorkelling trips, golf, game fishing, windsurfing, sailing, hiking, bird-watching, cycling, horse-riding and kayaking.

Conference Venues
Hotels and resorts on Tobago with meeting facilities include:
Blue Waters Inn, Speyside - It has an air-conditioned recreation room which doubles as a mini conference facility for up to 40 persons.
Coco Reef Resort & Spa, Crown Point - There is more than 3,000 sq ft of conference space with air-conditioned meeting rooms. The largest holds 120 people theatre-style and can be split into two rooms holding 60 or 40 theatre-style. There is a 412 sq ft boardroom which can hold 25 people theatre-style and a Presidential Lounge that can accommodate 20. Events can also be held at oudoor venues around the property.
Kariwak Village, Crown Point - This rustic complex styles itself as a business retreat, with a range of options for small to medium-size gatherings. There is an air-conditioned library and conference room for up to 30 people, a thatched open-air Ajoupa with teak floor (restricted footwear) for 75 people, and a second Ajoupa with a tiled floor which can accommodate up to 50 people and opens directly on to lawns and gardens on three sides.
The Villas at Stonehaven, Stonehaven Bay - This luxury villa complex has an air-conditioned meeting room for up to 30 people, located in the Clubhouse.
