The Trinidad & Tobago Sailing Association (TTSA) headquartered in Chagaramas, has a superb anchorage and haul-out yard coupled with swimming pool, restaurant, bar and launderette.
Other quality marinas and bars on the southern foreshore also service the boat business. At the Power Boats Yard there is a fast food shop and supermarket with internet services close by.
