Saba Map
Where is Saba? Welcome to our interactive map of Saba, one of the Dutch Windward Islands in the North-Eastern Caribbean. The island is known for its scuba diving, traditional Caribbean architecture and quiet tropical charm. Our Saba maps show you the island’s main features.
Saba is a small and quiet island with a great deal of traditional Caribbean charm. It is mountainous and relatively hard to access, with air and occasional boat services from St Maarten and it has gracious islanders, both English and Dutch speaking. Though not that well known it has excellent scuba diving and good natural life onshore with hiking. There are no beaches to speak of. A handful of small and charming, very low key hotels, most set in the island’s very attractive red-roofed, often gingerbreadd buildings, some less expensive guest houses, and some private villas. Just a few restaurants and bars. Ideal for independent travellers interested in the traditional Caribbean.
Best for: Escapists, artists, nature-lovers, collectors of small and remote islands
