Your choice of where to stay is probably the most important decision you will make in creating the perfect Caribbean break. You may spend a week or more there and so it is vital to get it just right.

But of course there is amazing variety in the islands. Should you choose an elegant shoreside hotel, or the seclusion and personal attention of a private villa? Or a combination of the two in a villa resort? Would you prefer a hideaway inn with easy-going West Indian charm or the snap-finger service of a glitzy resort? There are other options too. You can take a yacht or travel by cruise ship.
